eStatements
eStatement delivery allows you to receive your account information quickly and securely. Your statements are available for 24 months to view or download. This convenient delivery method expedites statement delivery, eliminates the hassle of storing any paper statements and provides you with a convenient, secure storage system. No additional fees apply.
To enroll in eStatements, follow these simple steps:
- Log in to your Online Banking account
- Click on the Profile tab
- Edit Electronic Statements
- Select the accounts you would like to enroll
- Confirm your have read the Terms and Conditions
- Click Save
- Log in to your Online Banking account
- Select the statement Document you wish to save
- Click the Save file icon
- If a statement is no longer available in your eStatement history please contact PrinsBank for assistance (Note: Fees apply.)
