eStatements or electronic bank statements, are an alternative to paper, mailed statements. eStatements are delivered via our Online Banking services and include the same information as your traditional bank statements, summarizing all your account transactions during the previous month or quarter. When the statement is ready, an email is sent notifying you that your eStatement is available through your online banking account.
eStatement delivery allows you to receive your account information quickly and securely. Your eStatement history begins at enrollment and builds over time and are available online for a rolling archive of 24 months. However, you can save your statements on your computer for long-time access. This convenient delivery method expedites statement delivery, eliminates the hassle of storing any paper statements and provides you with a convenient, secure storage system. No additional fees apply.
How do I enroll in eStatements? Follow these simple steps:
- Log in to your Online Banking account
- Click on the Profile tab
- Edit Electronic Statements
- Select the accounts you would like to enroll
- Confirm your have read the Terms and Conditions and click Save
How do I save my eStatements for future reference?
You can save a statement directly to your computer. If you require a statement that is not available in your eStatement history, please contact PrinsBank for assistance. Note: Fees may apply.
